Faculty

The faculty of this seminary is blessed with various siting and visiting bishops and priests of the Indian Orthodox Church . They provide the training to the seminarians. Fr. Dr. George Pulikkottil  who got a doctorate from the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen (Germany) is the new bursar of the Seminary. Fr. Dr. Bijesh Philip who holds a doctorate in theology from Dharmaram Vidyakshetra, Bangalore is one of our sittting  professors. Fr. Kurian Thomas, the former director of OVBS, has also joined the Seminary as a new faculty member.  We were also blessed with Guest professors H.G. Yuhanon Mar Militos, H.G. Dr. Yakob Mar Irenaios and H.G. Dr. Yuhanon Mar Chrysostomos in the year 2009. In the past we we were blessed with H. G. Alexios Mar Eusebius, who was the former bursar of STOTS. Since then he has been elected as a bishop of our Church on September 11th, 2008 and consequently ordained on Feb. 17th, 2009. His excellence went on to become the head of the newly formed South-West dioceses of North America.
